These Terms apply when you access or use AI Outfit Changer. The service provides tools for combining a person photo, clothing reference, and optional prompt to create an AI-generated outfit visualization. By using the service, you agree to follow these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not upload content, purchase credits, or use the generator.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to use the service and complete purchases in your location. Provide accurate account information, protect your login method, and do not share access in a way that creates security or payment risk. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized access has been reported and verified.
Rights and permission for uploaded material
You must own or have sufficient permission to process every person photo, garment image, reference, prompt, and other item you submit. Uploading an image does not transfer ownership to AI Outfit Changer. You authorize the service and its providers to process submitted material only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and deliver the requested functionality.
Prohibited and harmful uses
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, exploitative, or non-consensual activity. NSFW content is prohibited. You must not create sexual content involving minors, sexualize a person without consent, fabricate harmful impersonations, bypass safeguards, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or use generated clothing to invent a credential, uniform, employer relationship, or endorsement.
AI-generated output
Generated results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually inconsistent. Faces, hands, body details, garment edges, patterns, text, logos, seams, accessories, backgrounds, and exact colors may change. You must inspect an output before relying on, downloading, sharing, or publishing it. The service does not guarantee an exact copy of a garment or a specific creative result.
Real-world clothing and professional decisions
An outfit preview does not measure a body, confirm size, test comfort, authenticate a product, verify material, check stock, or show how clothing moves in real life. It is not professional styling, employment, legal, medical, or purchasing advice. Confirm important decisions through original product information and appropriate qualified review.
Credits and generation costs
Credits provide access to eligible digital processing and are not cash, a bank balance, or stored monetary value. Different modes, resolutions, or features may use different credit amounts. The available balance and applicable generation cost should be reviewed before submission. A credit deduction represents use of computing and generation services, subject to any verified failure handling shown by the product.
Purchases and payment processing
Credit purchases may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices, currency, pack contents, and checkout information displayed at the time of purchase govern the transaction. You must provide authorized payment information and must not test stolen, invalid, or unauthorized payment methods. Transaction records may be used to reconcile delivery, investigate errors, and respond to disputes.
Availability, changes, and maintenance
The website, model, API, storage, authentication, payment, and generation providers may experience interruption, delay, maintenance, capacity limits, or changes. AI Outfit Changer does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a particular model or resolution, or identical output across versions. Features, credit prices, and technical requirements may change as the service develops.
Service content and intellectual property
The website design, software, documentation, brand elements, and original editorial content are protected by applicable rights. You may use the service through the provided interface but may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, overload, or reproduce protected service materials except where permission or applicable law allows. Rights in generated output can depend on the inputs, applicable law, and provider terms.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to address prohibited conduct, security threats, fraud, payment disputes, legal obligations, repeated abuse, or material violations of these Terms. Users may stop using the service at any time. Account closure does not automatically eliminate transaction, security, or dispute records that must reasonably be retained.
Disclaimers, responsibility, and contact
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You remain responsible for source rights, prompts, output review, publication context, and compliance with relevant rules.
